Pre-Order Policy

All products listed on the Beyond Borders website are available on a pre-order basis. This means your item is sourced specifically for you from an official brand boutique after your order is confirmed. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

How Pre-Orders Work

1. Place Your Order — Select your item, size, and colour, then complete full payment at checkout.
2. Order Confirmation — You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, including your estimated delivery timeline.
3. Sourcing Begins — Our team procures your item directly from the official brand boutique. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks.
4. Shipping to Pakistan — Once sourced, your item is shipped internationally to Pakistan. Transit typically takes 1–2 weeks.
5. Delivery — Your item is delivered to your address in original brand packaging, complete with purchase receipt.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Standard Pre-Order: 3–5 weeks from order confirmation
• Express Pre-Order: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation (available for select items, additional charges may apply)

Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on brand boutique availability, international shipping conditions, and customs clearance. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm your pre-order and initiate sourcing. We do not hold items without payment.

Cancellations

• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order confirmation will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations requested after sourcing has commenced may be subject to a restocking or sourcing fee of up to 15% of the order value.
• Once an item has been procured from the brand boutique, cancellations are not accepted unless the item is found to be inauthentic or significantly different from what was ordered.

Item Unavailability

In the rare event that your item is unavailable from official sources, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order and issue a full refund. We will never substitute your item with an alternative without your explicit written approval.
