We source exclusively from official brand boutiques and flagship stores (e.g. the Hermès boutique in Paris, the Chanel flagship in London, the Louis Vuitton store in Dubai), authorised luxury department stores (e.g. Harrods, Selfridges, Le Bon Marché, Saks Fifth Avenue), and official brand e-commerce websites.

We do not source from: third-party resellers, consignment platforms, grey market channels, auction sites, or any unauthorised retailer.

What You Receive With Every Order

• Original brand purchase receipt — the actual receipt from the brand boutique, in your item’s currency
• Original brand packaging — dust bags, boxes, ribbons, tissue paper, and all original materials
